SOPA Newsletter # 11 - September 4, 2007: This Friday...SOPA Night
in Aarhus!!!
::::::::::::::: SOUND OF PERPETUAL ASTONISHMENT :::::::::::::::
Hi!
Welcome to the 11th SOPA Newsletter. This time it's just a little reminder.
This Friday (the 7th) we have our second SOPA label night. This will
be in Aarhus, Denmark.
Time: 20.00
Place: Rumstativ, at Spanien 19C, Kalkværksvej. That's down in the
area behind the bus station - by Filmbyen, Kommunedata and Turbinehallen
on the harbour. Actually, more precisely behind the Skousen shop. The
big wooden "rumstativ" has been set up and it looks amazing.
And the music last weekend was superb. If you want to see some pictures
from the previous weekend's going-ons have a look here: http://www.larsdideriksen.com/photo/0011rumstativ.htm
(Remember the "Mad-Max-on-water" movie Waterworld? There was
something about the film set blowing away in a hurricane or something.
Seems we've found it...?!)
The program for the SOPA showdown the 7th goes as follows:
Tomas Dalgaard
Agata & Me
Plastic Society
Nils Gröndahl & Oliver Hoiness
A.K. Hansn & The Empty House
Before, between and after: Capt. Daydream (DJ)
After the SOPA Night, on September 8th, organizers LJUD have the bands
Grey Daturas (from Australia) and the amazing Blob Back Fahrenheit (from
Copenhagen) on the stage. NoiseJihad have taken over the afternoons on
the 7th and 8th with lots of different acts.

There's also another show: MARZIPAN MARZIPAN is playing at Neue Berliner
Initiative (NBI) on September 13th with The Lonesomes. The address is
Schönhauser Allee 36, Berlin.
See you around,
Capt. Daydream
